Jeremy Lyman, co-founder of Birch Coffee, a New York based coffee company, is an entrepreneur on a mission to simply be of service; however that may manifest itself. As a lover of dogs, with two adopted pit bulls, and successful business owner, he is forever working toward creating inviting environments and opportunities that allow him to give back to those around him in some way. With over 15 years of experience in the service industry, it is no surprise that customer service has become his second language.

Jeremy loves to experiment and create, and will always strive to find innovative and exciting ways to extend the joy he finds in what he does to as many people as possible. He is constantly on the hunt for ways to help others succeed in beginning their own businesses. Through his own journey he has found that the refusal to sacrifice integrity and quality in work and more generally, life, is where success can be found.
