Cinematographer and Steadicam Operator, Mario Garciduenas, began his career in broadcast television at 18. While attending the University of Central Missouri, he worked for PBS, Fox Sports, and CBS-Sports.
He was a camera operator for the Kansas City Royals and the MLB Network during the 2014 World Series, and in 2015 became the head of Univision Sports in the 33rd DMA, overseeing the 2015 Spanish-Speaking World Series broadcast and many Kansas City Chief's games.
After 7 years in broadcast he photographed on his first feature film in Kansas City, "Desperate Cowboys." After his second feature film, "Child," he moved to Los Angeles and has continued to pursue camera department roles.
In 2020 he became a 2nd Camera Assistant in ICG 600, and FAA-Certified drone operator, in the film "9 Bullets," starring, Lena Headey, Sam Worthington, and Cam Gigandet.
He has worked in camera department for Cinematographers like Ricardo Diaz, Gray Hamner, and Mathew Crum on major brands like, Cartier, Coach, CK, Skims, Ermenegildo Zegna, 19 Crimes. He became an operator for in the LA unit of the TV show, Ana, photographed by Jeronimo Goded, and has so far photographed 14 feature films, and operated and Steadicam operated over 20.
