The Apprentice is back on Wednesday with a fresh batch of candidates all eagerly eyeing up Lord Sugar's enormous pile of cash impressive business acumen. First, though, they have to face a series of gruelling tasks, late nights, backstabbing colleagues and people saying "myself" instead of "me".
One person who made it through the process - and ended up with a serious injection of cash into his business - was 2014 winner Mark Wright (not that one, the other one), whose digital marketing agency Climb Online now has more than 25 employees and over 150 clients. Who better to give the new business hopefuls some tips?
1. Do... be yourself (unless you're a bit of a tit)

The Apprentice winner Mark Wright has claimed that former victors of the BBC business series are in talks to take part in an All-Star edition of the show.
Speaking to Digital Spy, the Climb Online entrepreneur explained that he would love to go back to the series "in some capacity".
"I shouldn't say this, but there is talk of all of the winners going back and having a best Apprentice of all the people that have won, because there's now going to be 11 there [after this series]," he said.
The Apprentice 2015: Everything you need to know, including the start date and the stars
"So you've almost got a full complement of people who have won the show over the past 11 years that could make another series and you'd have all of these people from all walks of life and skill sets.
"We joke amongst us - obviously I tell them that I would win easily.

It's been just a few months since Mark Wright was crowned the latest winner of The Apprentice, but he's not been relaxing - nope, he's been hard at work making his business Climb Online (not Cliimbon Leen, Sarah) a reality.
But how is it all going? Well, Mark's certainly got his thinking cap on at all times - when we finished our interview, he quickly said: "Put a link to my website at the bottom of the article for Seo, please!" Fair enough - but any other tips for us? "Make the title really clear like 'Ppc and Seo agency Mark Wright Apprentice' – all key words," he suggested.
That didn't quite make it past our style guide, but read on to find out what else Mark had to say about his rivalry with Daniel Lassman, his "jealous" critics, whether he'll be replacing Nick Hewer, what he makes of candidates who...

Lord Alan Sugar's former aide on the show was not present at the interviews stage of the process, despite featuring as one of the interviewers in the previous four series.

Series eight Apprentice winner Ricky Martin took Mountford's spot alongside Claude Littner, Mike Soutar and Claudine Collins.
Solomon Akhtar, Roisin Hogan and Daniel Lassman were fired following the interviews, leaving Bianca Miller and Mark Wright as this year's finalists.

The duo - who have business plans involving hosiery and digital marketing respectively - will now battle it out in next week's final to win Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment.
But it was bad news for Solomon Akhtar, Roisin Hogan and Daniel Lassman, who were all shown the door by Lord Sugar after failings in their business plans.
Akhtar, who admitted that he had been "naive" after producing a business plan consisting of just eight pages, was the first candidate to be fired.
He had a terrible time during the interviews as Lord Sugar's notoriously tough adviser Claude Littner reacted furiously to the document, telling him that he was "taking the piss" and asking him to leave.
"It's a bloody disgrace," he said. "Ten years I've done this -...

Fired Apprentice candidate Daniel Lassman has hit back at his show rivals, claiming that their attacks on him reveal "a lack of maturity".
Lassman has been under fire on the show from fellow candidates, with quarter-finalist Sanjay Sood-Smith unleashing the strongest attack on him.
Last week, Sood-Smith told Digital Spy that Lassman was "even worse in real life" than on the show and said he was "distraught" to leave before him.
Responding to his critics, Lassman told us: "I think there are a couple of people out there who weren't on the show for the right reasons. A couple of people said things about me to grab a bit more press and coverage and profile building.
"To stoop to that level, I don't need to. I feel like I've learnt and taken a lot from the show, so I don't need to get involved in that.

Fired Apprentice candidate Solomon Akhtar has spoken to Digital Spy about his flirtatious behaviour behind the scenes of the BBC One reality show, admitting to having "a spark" with one contestant and trying his luck with Lord Sugar's aide Karren Brady.
Akhtar was one of the three fired candidates in tonight's (October 17) semi-final and the technology entrepreneur has opened up about what really went on in series 10.
"I think Karren and I were very flirty. Or I was very flirty with her," said the 22-year-old.
"I think Karren's a beautiful woman and I personally love her and I think she's amazing."
A more realistic potential relationship could come with fellow fired candidate Pamela Uddin, who he revealed he had grown close to in the house.
"Pamela and I were also very flirty. We used to go off and have little chats in the house," he said.

Mark Wright doesn't regret his ''sneaky'' tactics on 'The Apprentice'. The 25-year-old sales manager sticks by the decisions he made throughout the competition as he insists his actions guaranteed his spot in the upcoming final, in which he'll go head-to-head with Bianca Miller for a £250,000 investment from Lord Alan Sugar. Quizzed on whether he had any regrets, such as tricking Felipe into letting him sell the hot tubs his arch rival Daniel Lassman had secured, he told Bang Showbiz: ''Absolutely not. People say this is a business process and then say you're a bit sneaky. ''Had I said to Felipe,...

The Apprentice lost two more candidates tonight as Katie Bulmer-Cooke and Sanjay Sood-Smith were both fired by Lord Sugar.
The boss took the opportunity to whittle down the remaining hopefuls from seven to five after a premium puddings task, in which the two teams had to create and pitch new desserts to supermarkets.
Bulmer-Cooke - whose business plan involved opening a healthy restaurant - was the project manager for Team Tenacity and managed to shift 13,500 units of her unusually-flavoured trifles to Asda.
However, she lost out after Team Summit - led by project manager Roisin Hogan, whose business plan involves selling ready meals - won an order of 5,500 of her tea-flavoured cheesecakes from Waitrose and a further 20,000 from Tesco.
With just Bulmer-Cooke, Sood-Smith and Mark Wright left in Tenacity, all three of them were forced to return to the Boardroom and they all seemed in danger at various points.

Felipe Alviar-Baquero became the 13th candidate to be fired from The Apprentice tonight after his attempt to show initiative went badly wrong.
The two teams were given the classic task of buying a series of items but Lord Sugar was furious when lawyer Alviar-Baquero bought a paper skeleton instead of an upright version.
Although the paper version fit the specifications outlined by Lord Sugar, he fined Team Tenacity £310 which resulted in them failing the task.
Team Tenacity's project manager Daniel Lassman - who was forced to return to the Boardroom for the fourth time this series - chose to bring back Alviar-Baquero and Katie Bulmer-Cooke, allowing Mark Wright to return to the house in safety.
Although Lord Sugar did question whether Bulmer-Cooke has more to offer than just "common sense", he announced that he was going to keep her around this week, leaving just Lassman and Alviar-Baquero in danger.

The Apprentice candidate James Hill was fired by Lord Sugar after a shambolic performance as project manager for Team Summit in tonight's episode.
The nine remaining hopefuls had been tasked with selling products at the Royal Bath and West Show, but Hill ignored his team's advice about which products to sell, lost the opportunity to sell hot tubs after getting their owner's name wrong - and then lied about it - and argued with Roisin Hogan.
When Hogan advised him to tell the truth about losing the hot tubs, he replied: "That might be your advice, but what do I want to do? Today, it's important what I want to do, isn't it?"
Ultimately, losing the hot tubs to Team Tenacity - led by Felipe Alviar-Baquero - proved to be a disastrous outcome as in the Boardroom it emerged that Summit had made £4,757.50 while Tenacity had racked up sales of £30,115.25 after shifting ten jacuzzis.

The Apprentice is always at its best when Lord Sugar sends his hapless hopefuls away on a plane, unleashing the giddy 'entrepreneurs' on unsuspecting foreigners.
Whether it's trying to sell cheap cheese to the French, hurtling around the markets of Dubai or Michael Sophocles struggling to get his head around kosher chicken in Marrakech, the trips abroad have produced some classic blunders.
This year, the candidates got an extra special treat from Lord Sugar and were flown over to New York. Well, some of them were.
In a piece of evil cunning worthy of Blofeld, Sugar allowed half the teams to head over to the Big Apple to pitch to big advertising execs. The other half had to remain in Luton, slogging their guts out in the rain.

Solicitor Lauren Riley became the latest Apprentice candidate to be fired by Lord Sugar after she fell flat in a soft drinks challenge that featured half the candidates flying over to New York.
Riley was part of Team Tenacity, who slumped to defeat thanks to their underwhelming Aqua Fusion health drink that failed to capture the imagination of New York advertisers or Lord Sugar.
The Apprentice goes to New York review: Big Dawg in the Big Apple
Bianca Miller's Team Summit designed an energy drink called Big Dawg and claimed victory in the boardroom thanks to some strong branding, digital signage and packaging.
Summit were rewarded for their victory with a meal at the top of Tower 42.
Project manager Mark Wright brought back Riley and Daniel Lassman for the final boardroom showdown and ultimately it was Riley's tendency to "stand back" that cost her a spot in the next task.

Pamela Uddin has reacted to being fired from The Apprentice in tonight's elimination (November 12).
The contestant spoke to Dara Ó Briain on The Apprentice: You're Fired about her experience on the reality business show.
The Apprentice review: Sexist board games and silly business
Uddin said she was "gutted" to have left the competition, adding: "I really thought it was Daniel [Lassman] that was going, simply because he does quizzes for a living.
"I thought I was out of the bad zone, but obviously I wasn't."
Speaking about leading her team on the task, Uddin said: "I was focused on getting the group back as a team more so than the task itself.
"I thought 'I can really build this team again', because we did fall apart on task five."
She admitted she was "mortified" when she saw the picture her sub team had chosen for the board game's box.

Pamela Uddin became the tenth candidate to be fired in tonight's episode of The Apprentice.
The 22-year-old was sent packing after she spearheaded a relationship board game which was variously described as "sexist" and "offensive".
Uddin was the project manager for Team Tenacity, who came up with The Relationship Guru - featuring questions penned by Daniel Lassman such as: "Women dislike which food the most - pizza, carrots, or chicken salad?"
The team initially struggled to pitch the product to retailers, who were wary of its "sexist" nature, but team member Mark Wright proved successful in making deals.
The team eventually made sales of £1101.25 - while Team Summit, led by James Hill, chalked up sales of £2080 with Roisin Hogan's geography-themed game GeoKnow.
Uddin chose to bring back Daniel Lassman and Lauren Riley into the Boardroom, accusing Lassman of being "obstructive", "destructive", "aggressive" and "extremely hard to work with" and...

The Apprentice eliminee Pamela Uddin has admitted that she stands by her team's board game The Relationship Guru.
Uddin, who was the project manager for Team Tenacity, told Digital Spy today that she believes the basic concept of the product was sound.
Asked whether she knew the board game was considered sexist and offensive, she replied: "Definitely not. We weren't aware of that. I think looking back the concept of the game was quite good – I still stand by the concept. I think maybe it just needed to be managed in a different way, and I did say that on day one – that it had to be funny. It just didn't turn out that way."
Uddin explained that she initially thought of the game as similar to Mr & Mrs and suggested that Daniel Lassman, who wrote the bizarre questions featured in the product, may have had ulterior motives.
