The Year in Pictures

When acting is just rendering life... There is a handful of actresses whose real-life experience helps craft or rather fuel their acting skills; especially when English is their second language! One of these people is Angelique Kenney, who has propelled her skillful acting talents across Europe to the US side. Yes, hard to believe but Angelique was born and raised in Biarritz, France, an idyllic little beach surf town of the Basque country.

Naturally, this little bundle of vibrant energy was discovered on a sandy beach in her early surfing days. Not only she kept pursuing her brilliant martial art path at a very young age but quickly she became the face of a few famous surf brands as a teenage professional surfer & model traveling the world. As her career was rapidly taking off in France gracing billboards now in Europe, TV, and magazines, she wanted to go bigger and where else than take the USA by storm? So this little daredevil chasing after big waves ended up living in Honolulu, Hawaii where she joined her first official American-based modeling and talent agency at 19! Hawaii was the best day of her life but she knew she had to be in California to be closer to her Hollywood dreams. It didn't happen overnight and through some life hurdles, she ended up in Idaho for a bit, then back to sunny California.

Fast forward to 2012 where a tragic car accident reshaped her life and shook her life and career goals 180. She then focused on her body rehabilitation and after a short while became a fitness sensation winning countless fitness & figure competitions while inspiring countless people with her courage, contagious smile & energy! She even ranked 24th in the nation while remaining an all-natural athlete being a huge supporter of drug-free bodybuilding. Her international modeling career was back on track as well as on the silver screen. She even got a magazine cover and became Miss Carlsbad USA 2016.

This caught the attention of directors and producers in Hollywood and abroad, as Angelique not only can act but she is an agile and very versatile stunt woman! She loves to drive and get physical on screen. She has worked on many well-known shows and movies, even being nominated & recipient of some awards, in projects such as Shooter, Baywatch, Twin Peaks, What's in the Box (who won the best film out of 200 submissions), The Twin and many more!

When Angelique Kenney isn't busy filming, performing some stunts, or spending time with her sweet rescue dog, she loves to give her time to help charities and philanthropic causes. As this wasn't enough, she got brains; holding a few real estate licenses, she has been making real estate moves & investments choices since a teen and loves to swing a hammer remodeling properties.
