Biography

Joel Watts, son of "Cowboy" Bill Watts, while still attending the University of Oklahoma, began working in the MId-South wrestling promotion. He worked his way up through the ranks working as a referee, a color commentator, and later producing vignettes or segments for both the live and televised events, as well as profiles of some of the top performers including; Junkyard Dog, Terry Taylor, "Magnum" T. A., "Hacksaw" Butch Reed, The Rock "n" Roll Express, The Fantastics and many others.
