Her double Bachelors degree in Radio / Television / Film and Sociology from San Jose State University coupled with her decade and a half of experience with Fox Sports Networks, Sinclair Broadcasting and Live Sports Television leaves Kena seasoned in the entertainment industry as a whole. The Workout Room is Kena's 1st feature as writer/producer/executive producer however it will not be her last! She along with her business partner and husband, Sir-Mike Tiggs, are firm believers in dream it, plan it, Do it!
