Diana Studenberg is an actor, musician and Juno-nominated songwriter from Montreal, based out of Toronto Ontario. Diana grew up in a Spanish home as her mother is Spanish Moroccan and father was raised in Montevideo, Uruguay from Polish/Belgic/German descent. Diana began her theatre training at the Montreal Musical Theatre Academy where she performed in such plays as the Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Wind in the Willows, Annie, and Cinderella. She has since studied film/TV acting at Lee Strasberg in West Hollywood, Anthony Miendl's Actor Workshop, LA Acting Studios and most recently with Larry Moss.
Diana is the lead singer in the rock band 'Trope' and electronic duo 'Divine Astronaut'. Trope recently released their debut album, 'Eleutheromania' (2021), with Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Metallica) engineering, David Bottrill (Peter Gabriel, Tool) mixing and Ted Jensen (Eagles, Alice in Chains). In 2022, Trope have toured in Europe with The Pineapple Thief and in North America with Symphony X and Haken, and were invited to tour in the UK with Kings X. They've performed internationally in Europe, Canada, the US and in Los Angeles in such venues including LA's Whisky A Go-Go and The Viper Room and the world's largest music festival, Summerfest, playing the main stages. They also shared stages at the Hollywood Improv with comedians Iliza Shlesinger [Unveiled/Netflix], Steve-O [Jackass], David Koechner [Anchorman], Bryan Callen [Hangover], Harland Williams [Something About Mary] and more.
As a songwriter, Diana was nominated for a Juno as co-writer for the song "I Choose" performed by Alessia Cara with Mark Mothersbaugh [Devo, Thor: Ragnarok, Rushmore] and Format Entertainment.
Most recently, Diana voiced the lead female player in 505 Games' 'Open Country' video game and performed the lead in the feature 'The Rabbi's Daughters' for NTDTV. She is also is a recurring lead in a series airing on TLN in 2025.
