Elle Fanning is spending another day on set of her new Apple TV+ series!

The 27-year-old Emmy-nominated actress looked gorgeous in a crystal-covered dressed as she filmed scenes for Margo’s Got Money Troubles outside of the Graceland Wedding Chapel on Thursday (June 5) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Joining Elle on set was her on-screen dad Nick Offerman, who was seen pushing around a baby stroller.

If you were unaware, the upcoming series is based on Rufi Thorpe‘s novel of the same name and will also star Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman, Michael Angarano, Thaddea Graham, Greg Kinnear, Marcia Gay Harden, and Lindsey Normington.

Loaded with a star-studded cast, the book adaptation has gone into production, bringing together the likes of Elle Fanning to Nick Offerman to Michelle Pfeiffer and more.

Back in 2024, we reported that writer-director Noah Baumbach was working with Netflix for the fourth time with his new film Jay Kelly. There hasn’t been much to report on the project since then, but Netflix has now officially announced when we can expect Jay to hit our screens.

The movie, clearly an Oscar hopeful, will head into US and UK cinemas on 14th November for a short run before Jay Kelly debuts on Netflix on 5th December.

On Tuesday, the streaming service released fresh information about Noah Baumbach’s new movie, Jay Kelly, including its release date and a first photo of star George Clooney as the title character.

Jay Kelly will premiere in select theaters on Nov. 14 before streaming on Netflix on Dec. 5.

Long-rumored to be a coming-of-age movie about adults, the official logline for Jay Kelly is slightly more vague: “Everybody knows Jay Kelly, but Jay Kelly doesn't know himself.”

Noah Baumbach is getting back in the awards race, and he’s bringing a star-studded cast including George Clooney and Adam Sandler.

Netflix has announced that Baumbach’s upcoming feature “Jay Kelly” will open in theaters on November 14 before hitting the streaming service on December 5. The announcement was accompanied by a photo of Clooney, who plays the title character, walking past a poster of himself.

“Jay Kelly” appears to be a return to the familiar territory of middle aged neuroses for Baumbach, following the apocalyptic ambition of his previous feature, “White Noise.” While little is known about the film’s plot, it is believed to center around the relationship between Clooney’s eponymous character and a longtime friend played by Sandler. A cryptic official synopsis reads “Everybody knows Jay Kelly, but Jay Kelly doesn’t know himself.”

The film will have a limited opening on Oct. 10 before going wide a week later on Oct. 17. Amazon MGM Studios and Imagine Entertainment’s Luca Guadagnino thriller After the Hunt, is going into limited release October 10, with a nationwide break October 17.

The film follows a college professor (Julia Roberts) who finds herself at a personal and professional crossroads when a star pupil (Ayo Edebiri) levels an accusation against one of her colleagues (Andrew Garfield), and a dark secret from her own past threatens to come to light. Guadagnino regular Michael Stuhlbarg and Chloë Sevigny also star along with Lío Mehiel, Thaddea Graham, Will Price, Christine Dye, and Burgess Byrd.

The After the Hunt screenplay is by Nora Garrett. Producers are Guadagnino, Brian Grazer, Jeb Brody and Allan Mandelbaum.

Variety has learned that Harden will guest star in the series, the cast of which already includes Elle Fanning, Nicole Kidman, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nick Offerman, and Thaddea Graham. With a solid list of films under his belt, director Luca Guadagnino’s forthcoming project, After the Hunt, is likely to be another impressive piece of work. With a screenplay by first-time writer Nora Garrett, the film aims to explore the divisions between people that often lead to extreme points of view. As such, it promises to be a movie that’s emblematic of the current time.

Given it’s not a movie about love or sexuality, the thriller will be a bit different from Guadagnino’s recent films. It will instead tackle issues surrounding concepts of consent, particularly between people of different generations within the world of academia. However, specific details of After the Hunt are relatively hard to come by. Nonetheless, its stellar cast indicates the film is all but guaranteed to be a must-watch once it arrives in theaters, whenever that may be.

With that said, I won’t turn this into a puff piece about how brilliant all the actresses are so let’s jump straight into everything that went down in season 2, episode 3 of Bad Sisters.

“Bad Sisters,” created by Sharon Horgan, Brett Baer, and Dave Finkel, and based on the Belgian series “Clan,” was one such series, neatly wrapping up the eponymous Garvey sisters’ story with ten episodes that premiered on Apple TV+ in 2022.

But of those many shows that should have left well enough alone, a rare few manage to pull off that second installment (if not more beyond that) with — if not resounding success, then aplomb. “Bad Sisters” didn’t need a second season, but Horgan and her team execute the near-impossible task of picking up, building out, and smartly continuing the story, even if Season 1 remains superior.

Season 2 catches up with the sisters — Grace (Anne-Marie Duff), Eva (Horgan), Ursula (Eva Birthistle), Bibi (Sarah Greene), and Becka (Eve Hewson) — a few years after the other four planned to kill Grace’s husband, only for her to end up killing him herself.

After a two-year time jump, the Garvey sisters were placed back under investigation when new evidence in the “accidental death” of Grace’s husband was revealed. The new trailer for “Bad Sisters” season 2 even hinted at a potential stabbing, another dead body and more secrets.

The BAFTA Award-winning series is executive produced by Sharon Horgan (who also stars as the oldest sister Eva Garvey), Faye Dorn and Clelia Mountford for Merman. Dearbhla Walsh also serves as an executive producer and director.

The first season of “Bad Sisters” earned two BAFTA Award wins, one for Best Drama Series and another for Best Supporting Actress for Duff. Additionally, the series won a Peabody and was nominated for four Emmy Awards.

Another season of Bad Sisters from creator Sharon Horgan, based on Malin-Sarah Gozin’s 2012 Belgian television series Clan, is underway on Apple TV+ with all five Garvey sisters returning alongside newcomers Fiona Shaw and Thaddea Graham.

Following the wild pattern of events that unfolded in the first season, a murder mystery still haunts Eva (Horgan), Grace (Anne-Marie Duff), Ursula (Eva Birthistle), Bibi (Sarah Greene) and Becka (Eve Hewson) Garvey.
