Netflix will submit nine cast members from Bridgerton Season 3 for Emmy consideration, Gold Derby has learned.

Nicola Coughlan as Penelope Bridgerton (née Featherington) will submit in Best Drama Actress, while Luke Newton as Colin Bridgerton will compete in Best Drama Actor. It would be the first Emmy nominations for both performers. Coughlan is coming off her first individual bid at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, where the entire ensemble was also recognized.

In the featured categories, Daniel Francis as Marcus Anderson, Martins Inhangbe as Will Mondrich, and Luke Thompson as Benedict Bridgerton have been entered in Best Drama Supporting Actor, while Adjoa Andoh as Lady Agatha Danbury, Claudia Jessie as Eloise Bridgerton, and Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte have been submitted in Best Drama Supporting Actress.

So, what about Jonathan Bailey? As his Lord Anthony Bridgerton was the main character in Bridgerton Season 2, Bailey understandably campaigned in Best Drama Actor last time.
