Juan Ugarte is Mexican actor graduated in Acting by The Royal School of Dramatic Art of Spain in Madrid. He completed his training as an actor in the William Layton's Theater Lab (Madrid) and in the Michael Chekhov Association (Toronto).
Ugarte starred "Los Hermanos Salvador", "Escuela para Seductores" and "Masacre en Teques" and in 2019 he joined the cast of the feature "Son of Monarchs", film that won the Alfred P. Sloan award in Sundance.
He has appeared in films such as "Eden" by Elise DuRant, "Casi 30" by Alejandro Sugich, "Me and the Alien", "For Sophia" among others. TV Shows like "Mita y Mita" and "Érase una Vez".
He made his professional stage debut as XX in The Emigrants at the Garcia Lorca Theater in 2007. Later stage include Spring Awakening by Wedekind, The Fan by Goldoni, A Normal Heart by Larry Kramer, among others. In 2018 he joined the cast of "An Act of God".
