Melanie Ng is a newscaster in Toronto, who joined Citytv (CityNews) in 2010. Originally from Oakville, Ontario, she has worked for CHCH News and Ontario radio stations in such roles as reporter, videographer, and weekend news anchor. She is most known for her role as anchor reporter on Citytv's program Breakfast Television. She left the show in October 2022 to raise her young son, and returned in February 2025 as a co-host of the program.
