Simon Pearce completed a BA in Film Theory & Criticism and Writing & Publishing before going on to study an MA in Film Studies at Newport International Film School Wales. In the early 2000s Simon wrote several feature and short scripts, including the international 48hr film competition winner 'Magic Sponge' for production company Smoke & Mirrors. He collaborated with Simon Worley of Beach Media for several short films, while continuing to develop various feature length scripts. 2016 marks his first venture into feature film directing with 'Taking Care of Business' and his first collaboration with Cupsogue Pictures. Since 'Taking Care of Business' Simon has also co-associate produced Cupsogue Pictures' 'Dark Ascension'.
