Kelsi Umeko was born and raised in Seattle, WA.

After high school, Kelsi was offered a scholarship to cheer-lead at the University of Hawaii. That year, her team took 3rd place at a National collegiate cheer competition hosted by ESPN.

After pursuing a career as a dental hygienist for 5 years, Kelsi decided to change paths and shifted gears to follow her passion of becoming an actor. Kelsi began acting in Seattle, WA full time and decided it was time to move to Los Angeles. Kelsi has enjoyed being a part of the story telling process that is film .

Kelsi studied premed while cheer-leading at the University of Hawaii, and then completed her education to become a Registered Dental Hygienist in Seattle, WA.

Kelsi was a level 10 gymnast and had a consecutive 5 year regional balance beam first place title.
