GUNNAR GARRETT joined the United States Air Force after high school where he worked as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist for four years. After his time with the Air Force he continued on with his military career with the Army National Guard. During his eight years with the Guard he was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Gunnar spent a combined, twelve years in the U.S. Military, serving both in the United States Air Force and the Army National Guard.
