Keavong

Keavong Alson Men, known mononymously as Keavong, is an Australian actor, singer and comedian. His major debut was playing the lead role of Phil in comedy award winning short film The Hoist (2024).
He was a member of theatre making hip-hop group The Mamas Boys Collective for their stage production Brother's Book Club. They created a TV Special that is on ABC iview and an EP for the production working with producer Calski. He ventured into comedy through doing stand up and adopting his Drag Queen persona KiKi Kardashian.
Keavong was born in New Zealand, Wellington, Porirua to Cambodian/Khmer immigrant parents, homemaker and mother Tom, and retired teacher and father Raksuputhea. He grew up in Logan, Queensland, Australia and he has a younger sister and an older half-brother.
Keavong attended Woodridge State High School where he excelled in English ESL, Art and Drama. At age 17, he attended Griffith University studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary and Applied Theatre training to be an actor whilst also being in Queensland Theatre's Traction Logan Youth Ensemble.
Keavong looks at Jim Carrey, Rowan Atkinson, Jackie Chan, Ali Wong, Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, Guy Sebastian, Sam Smith and Adele as strong influences in comedy and music.
