Also known as "Mark Hobz", Born in Sydney Australia (1st August 1985), Mark is a Director of Photography where his career began in photography and video editing in Australia for local bands in the Sydney area, before moving to Europe and the Middle east where he has had a pool of Narrative and Commercial work.
Mark has won several Cinematography awards from ACS and many festival circuits for his Feature Film and commercial work, and has been featured in many digital and print magazines, including many issues of Australian Cinematographer Magazine. All covering some of his best and most unique cinematography work.
Most people know Mark as "Mark Hobz" or "Hobz" which is the nickname he uses for his professional career. He is also a member of the prestigious A.C.S Australian Cinematographers Society.
