Andy O'Neill was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1984. He is a cinematographer, camera operator and producer who has worked on feature length films, short films and documentaries. He has worked as a video journalist for Zoomin.tv and a sound recordist for short films.
After the 2022 invasion of Ukraine he went to cover the plight of civilians and soldiers as a photo and video journalist.
