Rich Travale(I)

Rich Travale is an actor, musician and radio host living in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Since his breakthrough, awkward-teenager role as Juror #3 in his high school's rendition of Twelve Angry Men, he has been driven by the need to perform. After many years touring and playing with the indie-rock band The Papillomas, he directed his performance efforts towards acting in short films.
Rich has starred in several short films, including Nice Shoes, a silly comedy about two men trying (and failing) to understand how to attract women. He also starred in The First Time We, a short dramatic film featured on Gaia's short film streaming service, for which he received the Most Promising Actor award at the Vancouver Island Short Film Festival. He also recently starred in the short comedy Reproductive Cycles, which won the People's Choice Award at the 2017 Vancouver Island Short Film Festival and has screened at several festivals across BC.
Rich has also hosted a radio show on CHLY in Nanaimo for 11 years. His duties have included voice over and voice acting promos, as well as on-air hosting duties. He has taken acting training with Bonnie Catterson of Kismet Academy and currently trains with Jacqui Kaese at Spotlight Academy. He also recently attended a seminar with famed acting coach Margie Haber through Spotlight Academy.
