Elizabeth Plant is a British writer, director, actress and designer across stage, screen and video-game. She is a First Class graduate of the University of Warwick's School of Theatre & Performance, and read for a Masters degree in Dramaturgy & Writing for Performance at Goldsmiths, University of London. Telling stories since before she can remember, Elizabeth is inspired to perform and create in any way possible.
Elizabeth is very vocal on her experience as an artist living with chronic disability, having suffered with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis since 9 years old. She firmly believes in the power of self-expression as both mental and physical empowerment; discovering the joy of theatre at 14 gave her a means of keeping a handle of her condition, and a new lease on life. Since she has dedicated herself to her craft, in hopes of inspiring other young people to follow what really matters to them.
