William Holloway (Born Dec. 14, 1994), is a Screenwriter from Oxnard, California. Holloway is an only child who was raised by his hardworking single mother Ernestine Guest. Since he was young, William has always had a fascination with film and television and initially believed he wanted to be an actor. However, after excelling in Language Arts throughout his academic career and developing an aptitude for storytelling, he realized he wanted to be a writer.
After graduating from high school, William attended California State University, Northridge where he received his B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts with an emphasis in Screenwriting. While at CSUN, William wrote and produced many projects including the satirical horror web series Killer University, inspired by one of his favorite films, Scream, which ran for two seasons and 17 episodes. Aside from being the sole writer of the series, Holloway was also the Showrunner, Creator, and Producer of the series.
Having a versatile taste in regard to both film and television, William does not like to restrict his writing to one genre and enjoys writing scripts in the horror, comedy, drama, and romance genres. Holloway's goal is to bring this versatile and universal outlook to the big and small screen someday.
He currently resides in the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles.
