Qazi Anwar Husain was born on 19 July 1936 in Dacca, Bengal Presidency, British India [now in Dhaka, Bangladesh]. He was a writer, known for Masud Rana (1974), MR-9: Sky Dancer and MR-9: Do or Die (2023). He was married to Farida Yasmin. He died on 19 January 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
