Joel Foxx's warm and experienced voice spans 33 years as a broadcaster, initially in radio before moving on to TV news for the following two decades. His latest adventure has spanned a decade, working as a background actor, including as a photo double for 5-time Emmy Winner Rob Corrdry, and as stand-in for Dennis Quaid in American Underdog: The Kurt Warner Story, and in the new miniseries Bass Reeves. Also on Bass Reeves he worked as a stand-in for the stunt doubles.
Joel added to his resume a variety of costar and guest star characters, such as a doctor, church pastor, schoolteacher, and a newscaster (a role he found quite familiar!). Joel truly enjoys the collaborative nature of acting, taking a writer's vision and bringing it to life as the character they imagined.
