Thomas Copeland Jr. was born in Oceanside, CA. He is an actor/voice-over artist/rapper/ and producer. Known for his co-star role as Dickey Jones in Filmmaker Matty Rich's Birth of The Black Underworld (2024), All American (2023), Her Study of a Killer (2023), and Hollywood (2020).
His mother, Deborah Copeland, is a writer; his father, Thomas Copeland Senior, is a military veteran. From a young age, Thomas expressed his creativity through poetry, short stories, and creating cartoons with Flash animation. He fell in love with hip hop music during his adolescent years and started writing hip hop songs, beats, and rapping. Fueled by his creative drive and love for hip hop, Thomas independently released two CDs under the aliases "Pure" and "Joe June."
Following college, Thomas left Oceanside for Los Angeles to pursue a music career. While making music in 2016, he also created and produced "The Werd," an indie comedy web series which sparked his acting ambitions.
