He was born in Portageville, Mo. He later moved to New Madrid, Mo., where he was raised. He graduated from New Madrid County Central High in 1997. On his Mom's side, he is the last of 8 children and on his Dad's side, he is the last of several(20+). He loves to play basketball, write music and sing. He is married to the lovely and talented Teah Newson. They have 4 children together - Tatiana, Dre'Vaughn, Chiara and Derion.
