Raffael Ponce-Valencia is an American actor born in San Jose, California. His family moved to Texas when he was 10. Raffael graduated from high school at the age of 16 and promptly moved to Los Angeles to attend The American Musical and Dramatic Academy where he received a BFA in acting along with extensive training in stage combat.
Raffael can be seen playing Benji on the independent series "Phoenix" streaming on the Action! channel on Vizio's WatchFree+. His voice has been heard in many notable Animated Series, as well as in countless English dubs that can be watched across all streaming platforms.
Raffael is a polyglot, fluent in English, Spanish, French, and has a talent for accents and dialects. His childhood was divided between the US and Mexico. In one, he learned to play instruments, developed an affinity for the sciences, and fell in love with the stories he would see in films. In the other, Raffael would come to learn many of his life's most practical lessons. In his early 20's, he lived in France for two years and in Spain for one before moving back to LA.
He is an ever-curious individual who never gets tired of learning new skills.
