The following contains spoilers for The Eminence in Shadow anime, available for streaming via Hulua and Amazon Prime.
In The Eminence in Shadow, Cid Kagenou's alter ego, Shadow, stands out as the series' most powerful character. However, while this may be true, many of his allies and enemies can lay claim to being worthy competitors. For example, the Seven Shadows, Cid's reliable subordinates, are all highly capable fighters, each possessing their own unique strengths.
While the first season of The Eminence in Shadow introduces a dizzying array of formidable characters, the second season has been equally impressive, with the villains Aurora, the Blood Queen Elisabeth, and the Three Monarchs all demonstrating profound abilities and strengths. The Eminence in Shadow is no stranger to spectacles, with new characters regularly introduced who could challenge the status quo.
