Jessica started her career modeling in South East Asia for print and television, before establishing her own modeling agency based out of Kuala Lumpur in 2001. From there she branched out and created a casting agency for advertising campaigns for world wide brands as well as international feature films and television series'. In 2013 she accepted the offer to establish the background and special talents casting department for the Netflix show 'Marco Polo', creating a data base of over 10,000 performers in the region. Since then she has operated as the senior Casting Producer for 'Asia's Got Talent' & 'Say Yes To The Dress Asia.' In 2016 she expanded her operations and is now working on projects for the USA and world-wide markets.
