Andrzej Duda(I)

Andrzej Duda is a Polish lawyer and politician. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University in 1996 with a degree in law. Duda began his political career with the Unia Wolnosci party, later joining Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc. He served as an undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Justice from 2006 to 2007 and in the Chancellery of President Lech Kaczynski from 2008 to 2010. Duda was elected to the Sejm in 2011 and to the European Parliament in 2014. In 2015, he won the presidential election and was re-elected in 2020.
