Cieran is a writer and director from Sheffield, UK. A history of filmmaking growing up left him savvy to self-producing on pocket money budgets. Drawing from training in acting and love of world-building, he writes and directs fantastical films for Pale Raven Pictures, including crowdfunded fantasy film, 'Myrlan' (2020) - a return to the world of his debut film, 'Blessed' (2016).
Cieran has also worked on several community film projects for local charities and SEN youth creatives, including a series of films with a refugee community in Turkey that he directed and produced remotely from his home in the UK.
His screenplays have achieved a number of selections in festivals and screenwriting competitions, including two semi-finalist selections. His music video with Pale Raven Pictures won 2nd place in SYFN's 2Weeks2MakeIt competition.
