With The Challenge: Battle of the Eras season concluded on MTV, Johnny Bananas appears to have found a new side hustle, but not all fans are buying it.

The seven-time MTV champion just finished Season 40, finishing third place amongst the men, as he watched castmate Jordan Wiseley capture another title.

Just recently, Bananas claimed that the unique twist, known as the Karma Vote, was added to the season to prevent him from achieving his eighth win.

It’s not every day that a rap superstar gets caught in an awkward situation like this, but during a Stake livestream event, Drake’s attempt at generosity backfired. As he fumbled with the card, trying to make the donation, he turned to fellow rapper Lil Yachty and exclaimed, “Bro! Embarrassing.” The cringe was real.

The event, which took place on June 3, saw Drake giving away $1M to fans, in partnership with the betting platform Stake. The actor showed up right before Scott’s performance of his 2023 track “Fe!N,” as Scott invited him to shout into the mic: “I’m feining for more!” Wilson stayed onstage for the song, as seen in videos from the festival. Owen Wilson made a surprise appearance at the Rolling Loud music festival over the weekend, taking the stage with Travis Scott in Miami.

The actor braved the rain to come out onstage Sunday during Scott’s set, according to videos posted online and multiple reports.

Wilson appeared ahead of Scott’s performance of his 2023 track “Fein.” In videos posted online, Scott and Wilson can be seen conferring, before Wilson shouts into the mic: “I’m feining for more!” The pumped-up Wilson stays onstage, rocking out to the music.

The world’s largest hip-hop festival just released the set times for its flagship event, taking place between December 13-15 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Fla.

Celebrating 10 years of Rolling Loud, headliners include Future, Travis Scott and Playboi Carti, with superstars set to perform like Yeat, Don Toliver, Lil Baby, Metro Boomin, Lil Yachty, Trippie Redd, Tyga, Lil Tecca, Rick Ross, Jt, Sexyy Red, Kodak Black, and many others.

The festival is also introducing country music to its lineup with stars like Shaboozey and Reyna Roberts.

Hip-hop artist Tyler, the Creator has announced the dates for his 2025 world tour, named after his latest album, Chromakopia.

Chromakopia was released on Oct. 28.

The tour will kick off on Feb. 4, 2025, in St. Paul Minnesota, and visit cities across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, Australia and Europe.

The 60-date tour will conclude on September 4 in Perth, Australia.

Okonma’s last two LPs, 2019’s Igor and 2021’s Call Me If You Get Lost, both topped the Billboard 200 album chart and Chromakopia achieved the same feat within just one week of its release.

Mattel, the toy company behind Barbie and Hot Wheels, is developing a feature film about the stereoscopic image device View-Master.

The live-action movie will be developed with Sony Pictures and Escape Artists. View-Master has been around since 1939. According to a source, director Millicent Hailes — who has helmed music videos for Lil Yachty, Adam Lambert and Young Thug — was sympathetic to the effort, which helped accelerate the process.

The same source heard that after the crew asked for union representation, one producer offered bottles of wine to union representatives. Drake has surprise released a trio of new songs through his burner Instagram account @plottttwistttttt on Friday, weeks after he leaked three other songs earlier this month.

Kai Cenat‘s big plans for the future include a “huge festival.” That’s how the streamer described Kc Fest, an upcoming event he teased on his stream.

For the most part, Cenat is keeping specifics about Kc Fest under wraps, but the Twitch star has revealed a few details about the event he plans to produce. Back in June, he claimed that the festival will be broadcast on a high-quality stream that will look “as if you’re watching on Amazon Prime.” Cost permitting, Cenat said that he would love to host Kc Fest in his hometown at Madison Square Garden.

Mike Will Made-It is dropping his first solo album in seven years — and hitting reset. On Friday, the legendary rap producer released the single “high3r” featuring heavyweights Lil Wayne and Lil Yachty, off his upcoming LP, R3SET.

“Sometimes you just gotta hit the reset button,” Mike Will tells Rolling Stone of the LP. “R3SET to me doesn’t mean starting over, it means setting up to Release All New Songs Orchestrated by Me again.” (The capitalization in his quote are a reference to his debut album in 2014, Ransom.

A product of both artists’ admiration for the other, Bad Cameo sees Blake and Yachty lean into each other’s strengths to break new ground. The two first connected when Yacthy reached out to Blake in 2020 with praise for his album Assume Form, and they soon began working together, sharing an interest in innovative, ambient sounds.
