Carly Dutcher

Carly Dutcher is an American actress. She was born on February 28, 2003 and raised in Los Angeles, California, and is best-known for guest-starring roles on "911: Lonestar", "Will & Grace", and "CSI: Vegas." She can also be seen in Max Amini's "James the Second," which is slated for 2022.

Carly is a freshman at UC Berkeley.
