Director, screenwriter, and DoP born in Tijuana, Mexico. Graduated with honors from Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) with a specialization in directing.
In 2024, she became the first person ever to win a double Ariel for both fiction and documentary in the same edition. In 2023, her debut documentary feature Norte won at the Guanajuato International Film Festival (GIFF). She has directed internationally acclaimed and award-winning short films such as "Apnea" and "Golden Malibu".
For television, she co-directed the series "Anatomía del Mal" (Vix) alongside Everardo González. She has also directed programs like "Stories of a Generation" (Netflix), "Mariachi Camargo" (Canal 14), worked as a screenwriter on "Marea Alta" (Vix), and as a DoP on "Cenizas de la Gloria" (Vix)
