Valter Vieira da Silva, better known as Golias Discos (named after comedian Ronald Golias), had more than 50 years dedicated to vinyl records sale in Vitória, capital of Espírito Santo, Brazil, and can be considered a great icon when it comes to LPs. In 1998 he shut down the company, but one year later started all over again and continued to sell records for a living until his last day. He died on November 5, 2022 by a fulminant hypovolemic shock.
