Stacy Pascal Gaspard received her MFA in Directing at the AFI Conservatory and made her Directorial debut on TV with Season 6 of the CHI while simultaneously completing another short Queen of Samba thanks to the Latin Film Institution Inclusion Fellowship the same year.With a passion for dance and sharing her rich vibrant Afro Latin Caribbean culture on the big screen. Navigating the dual uncharted waters of being a first-generation immigrant and the oldest sibling of 5, Stacy Pascal Gaspard doesn't take her dreams lightly and doesn't think you should either. Building worlds full of movement and vibrancy, Stacy loves exploring Caribbean stories with magical elements in a grounded reality.
