Founded in 2008 by Mert Kemanci, Senol Arkun, Özgür Arkun and Hüseyin Kemanci, Istanbul Strings has 25 musicians. They have contributed to many projects in Turkey, Europe, Asia, especially the Middle East region.
In 2010, They released their first album titled Istanbul Strings Vol. 1.
As a style, they have adopted the original and combined forms of genres and styles such as Funk, Pop, Arabesque, and Classic.
The group, which has a wide range of services by appealing to segments such as music composition, arrangement, soundtracks of film / TV series, continues its activities in the country and abroad.
