Karen Pence was born on 18 November 1958 in Kansas, USA. She has been married to Mike Pence since 8 June 1985. They have three children. She was previously married to John Steven Whitaker.
Karen is an accomplished artist and illustrator, some of whose works adorn the cover and pages of daughter Charlotte Pence's book "Marlon Bundo's Day in the Life of the Vice President" (2018).
