Paul's a former professional lacrosse player, now co-founder and President of the Premier Lacrosse League, the 2020 Sports Business Journal's Pro Sports League Breakthrough of the Year. The PLL is an enterprise league featuring the world's best players, coupled with a major network partnership with NBC and peacock. Prior to starting the PLL, Paul won championships in college, professional, and international with Team USA, as a 3-time MVP and the current record-holder for all-time points scored in lacrosse history.
He owns and operates the award-winning Suiting Up Podcast, an interview-style show that hosts top athletes, entrepreneurs, and entertainers, such as Bill Belichick, Steph Curry, Venus Williams, Tony Hawk, Mark Cuban, Sue Bird, Adam Grant, and Senator Cory Booker.
Having grown up with Auditory Processing Disorder and ADHD, Paul started the Rabil Foundation in 2011 to help children with learning differences by creating programs and partnerships through sport and scholarship.
