New Delhi, Jan 19 (Ians) Hamid Barkzi has just won the 17th edition of Roadies Revolution and he says he would definitely try to participate in the popular reality show Bigg Boss.

Years ago, Ashutosh Kaushik won Roadies season 5 and later participated in Bigg Boss season 2 and won the title owing to his performance in the house. Similarly, Prince Narula, winner Roadies 12, went on to win Bigg Boss 9. VJ Bani is another former Roadies contestant who gave Bigg Boss a shot.

Mumbai, Jan 17 (Ians) Superstar Salman Khan has mourned the death of Bigg Boss talent manager Pista Dhakad.

Salman, who has been hosting the reality show for over a decade now, posted a picture with Dhakad on Twitter on Sunday.

"Rest in peace Pistaa" Salman tweeted.

Dhakad has died in a road accident.

Pista, 24, who was an employee of the reality show's production company Endemol Shine India, had left the set of the ongoing season 14 on Friday after the wrap on an Activa scooter with one of the assistants and their vehicle was hit by a vanity van. She died on the spot.

Several past contestants of the show such as Yuvika Chaudhary, Prince Narula, Kishwer Merchantt, Shehnaaz Gill, Himanshi Khurana and Kamya Punjabi took to social media on Saturday to express grief.

Football star Sunil Chhetri is excited about making a cameo in a web series "Bombers", a high-octane football drama.

Talking about why he agreed to be part of the show, the 'Captain Fantastic' told the publication, "It's a story about characters who lose their focus in life and how football brings them together. This is a story of redemption, where sport gives them a chance to find their way in life."

"It is a motivational story. For me, of course, it's football that brings me here to be part of this endeavour. I just hope that a lot of people watch this and get motivated in life," he said.

"Bombers" features Ranvir Shorey, Varun Mitra, Aahana Kumra, Sapna Pabbi, Prince Narula, Zakir Hussain, Annup Sonii and Meiyang Chang, among others.
