Aedin Waldorf
- Actor
Hailing from Sugar Land, Texas, Aedin Waldorf stepped onstage for the first time at only five years old as Abu in Aladdin when she (allegedly) mouthed every line of the show despite having none of her own. Since then, she has blossomed into an actress of both stage and screen, signing with Pastorini-Bosby Talent Agency at 16. Between then and now she completed her BFA in Theatre Performance at Baylor University, during which she rounded out her resume with dream roles like Abigail Williams (The Crucible) and Prospero (The Tempest), a shark attack victim in Bullshark 2 (ever since watching Sharknado as a kid, dying by the jaws of a shark in a movie has been #1 on her bucket list), a desperate college student in Ring by Spring, written and directed by Elizabeth Sherman (of Chicago Fire).
Two weeks after graduating with her BFA, Aedin packed up the trunk of her car and moved to LA. Four days later, she began studying with Diane Charles at Margie Haber Acting Studios. Despite the whirlwind of the month she's been in the city, she has already arranged an original play reading, is looking to shoot a proof of concept in July, and plans to scoop ice cream the best you've ever seen this summer!
