La' Marc Bishop was born and raised in St Louis, MO where he attended Pattonville High and Harris Stowe University. It wasn't until 2003, when he began to write short stories, that he recognized his craft. His writing lead to acting and from there his journey began. In 2004, he attended the Bowling Green Independent Acting Corporation where he perfected his skills as an artist. In 2007, La' Marc was cast in his first stage play (Son Of God) as Pontius Pilate, the judge in the crucifixion of Jesus. This role earned great reviews in his community and around the St Louis area. He was cast in several other plays over the next few years and in 2014, he landed the starring role as "Arman" in Allysha Hamber's, much anticipated stage play, "What a Man Wants". His stock continued to rise as he was cast in more productions such as, "The Wakeup Call", "How Did I Get Here", "A Gospel Little Christmas", and "The Lady Loves Me". In 2015, La' Marc was cast in his first short film, "Real Love". In January 2016, moved to Atlanta, Georgia to further his career as an actor and he is also writing and staring in his own film "Deceptive Heart", that he co-produced and directed. Deceptive Heart should premiere late 2017 along with several other projects as well. La' Marc is a true professional at his craft. The sky is the limit for his talents.
