Dennis Kleinman(II)
- Actor
Dennis is a voice actor with a blended British/South African accent which creates an international voice for a wide variety of applications and genres. His voice is warm, rich, with a gravitas-filled sophisticated presentation that transcends geographic boundaries. His professionalism, enunciation, fast turnaround, perfection, and love of the spoken word provide seamless integration in the approach, execution, and delivery that each production demands. He is very directable and extremely easy to work with.
Dennis was born in Cape Town South Africa and growing up without television (which only began operation in 1976), radio was the only form of broadcast entertainment that was available. This developed a fertile imagination which translated into creating skits and using his voice and acting talents to mimic a variety of accents and dialects. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Social Anthropology and thereafter immigrated to the US settling in Los Angeles.
With his ability to sound like David Attenborough, Winston Churchill or James Bond, Dennis' voice acting projects have included commercials and promos for BBC America, narration for Awards Shows nationally and internationally, corporate branding and general advertising, and audiobook narration and production. Dennis has an aptitude for "delivering the message" in an inviting manner and is recognized for his international global voice and Transatlantic delivery, sometimes leaving his audience guessing where he's from. Dennis is a six-time Voice Arts Awards nominee.
