The visual artist V.B lives in Paris and has exhibited her work since 1999. She is called Globuline after her video "Globuline's Game". Her work is about documentary and art video. However, her favourite medium remains photography, which she includes in all of her films.
She graduated in clinical psychology and psychoanalytic research. Her artistic work talks about pregnancy, brief encounters and intimacy. However, the thread of her work focuses on the theme of memory and fundamentally the relationship between memory and preservation of the memory.
From this point of view, she approaches her Art as a vessel to highlight problematic issues when talking about memory. Her approach makes you think that Art is the only way of highlighting the detailed problems of memory preservation.
Since 2015, she has displayed her work in the exhibition "Why do you lie?". She also exhibits her work in France as well as internationally. The project consists of colourful, graphic, portraits which invite us to think about the nature of lies.
