When he heard that there was a part available in the action movie "Genadeloos" he send a message to the director of the movie. The director saw his photo and immediatly hired him after a short phonecall. Although he had no experience in acting (he just followed a workshop in acting) he managed to play his part very well. He was also asked to reprise his role as "Ben Refos" in "Genadeloos 2:Amber" which he did. This time it was a much bigger part compared to part 1. He was able to act with long time veteran Dirk van der Pol and did an excellent job. In real life he is actually a doctor (m.d.) and still treats his patients on a daily base. He might me returning to acting when someone offers him a part again.
