Kaylah is known for playing lawyer Amelia Salazar in 2 seasons of the Netflix series 'The Recruit' opposite Noah Centineo as well as her portrayal of Melissa O'Neil in the film 'Rescued By Ruby' opposite Grant Gustin.
Kaylah is a Latinx actor, born and raised in Vancouver, BC. Her mother is Canadian with a Dutch and English background and her father was a Chilean refugee. She completed a degree in Anthropology at UBC before beginning to audition for film and television in 2017. Since then she has trained at the Neighborhood Playhouse and the Fitzmaurice Institute in NYC and works continually with mentor Lori Triolo in Vancouver, master teacher Patsy Rodenburg and coach Andrew McIllroy.
