Born in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Ishwer was brought up in Western Command cantonment near a small town Panchkula, Haryana.
During his course of Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, things took a destined turn and he started writing and performing theatrical plays with the dramatics society of his college named "Dramebaaz" & later joined city's local theatre group TFT.
He worked for around 3 years as professional theatre artist performing and directing plays for amateur/professional theatre groups, schools & colleges. His true calling crystallized when in late 2015 he assisted a group of film makers in Gurdaspur, Punjab who wanted an assistant director fluent in Punjabi & English language.
Ever since, Ishwer has worked with esteemed directors and renowned production houses, gaining extensive experience in shooting across India as well as internationally.
