Randall Bell, PhD is the CEO of Landmark Research. He is a sociologist and economist who specializes in real estate damages. Dr. Bell consulted on the World Trade Center; the Flight 93 crash site; Hurricane Katrina; the BP oil spill; Sandy Hook, the Bikini Atoll nuclear test sites; the Heaven's Gate mansion; the OJ Simpson crime scene; and hundreds of other cases. His career has been profiled widely, ranging from The Wall Street Journal to People magazine, Rolling Stone Magazine, and every major television network. His work has generated billions of dollars to help restore damaged communities. Dr. Bell hosts the podcast Post-Traumatic Thriving with Tanya Brown, the sister of Nicole Brown Simpson.
Dr. Bell has wide interests and is the author of several books including, Post-Traumatic Thriving, MeWeDoBe, Leo Fender, and Real Estate Damages. He is an avid traveler and his interests include curating for his extensive Houdini and Leo Fender collections that are displayed at museums nationwide.
Dr. Bell is the brother of regional Emmy-award winner James Bell, grand-nephew of Oscar-nominated Louise Dresser, and nephew of director Jerry Hopper.
