Julia Valen

Julia is an actor and writer whose film work includes Don't Cry Yet, A Home in the Country, Nice Things, and I Was There. Julia has performed regionally with the Guthrie Theater, Jungle Theater, Park Square Theatre, Frank Theater, The Moving Company, Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival, GreenHouse Theater Project, Workshop Theater and Great River Shakespeare Festival. Her original play Nothing Can Stop What is Coming was produced by GreenHouse Theater Project in 2021. When not onstage, set or behind the scenes, Julia is usually biking near a body of water, off somewhere being a goofy little gremlin, or hard at work on her unbelievably beautiful Minecraft treehouse. Julia holds a BA in Theater from St. Olaf College and an MFA from NYU Grad Acting.
