Tiernan Williams is a filmmaker, cognitive scientist, integrative psychotherapist, and psychologist. He makes films with real emotional impact that always leaves the audience pondering life's big questions. He was the producer, editor, and DOP for the award-winning feature documentary "Endless Sunshine on a Cloudy Day", which won the Audience Award in the Dublin Internation Film Festival 2020 and later officially selected for Raindance Film Festival in November 2020.
Tiernan also won the Virgin Media Discovers script competition in 2019, where he co-wrote the script "Innocent Boy" that later went on to win critical acclaim. He also produced and edited the film.
Tiernan is a multi-tasking filmmaker who is comfortable in many roles. He loves every aspect of filmmaking and finds the collaborative process of working with others a really rewarding experience. He uses his advanced training in human psychology to gain a deeper understanding of socially relevant subject matter, which he then introduces through the medium of filmmaking and scriptwriting.
