Katie was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Noting that she will perform for anybody who will watch, Katie's parents enrolled her in "Twinkle Toes" ballet at the age of 4, and by 6 her sassy personality found her dancing on a competitive team and from there the step to being in front of the camera was just a few years to follow.
