Born in Mumbai, Tanya was always drawn towards light, form and color. After high school she decided to take creative path and decided to get a 1 year diploma in photography from FX Institute in Mumbai, India. Wanting to learn more about the art of photography, she decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue a BFA in Photography from New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California. She graduated in 2017 and now works as a visual artist in Los Angeles.
Tanya's work includes photography, collage, poster design, sculpture and most recently children's book art. She is drawn to the imaginative play that the photographic medium allows her to employ.
